We have a Customer Support (CS) team that manages any irregular cases. For example, information included in the fulfillment request might be incomplete or inaccurate, and we may need to retrieve the correct information from your CS.
Urgent booking issues
In the event of an urgent booking issue (when a flight is departing within three days), contact email@example.com where our 24/7 booking operations team will address the problem.
Non-urgent booking issues
For all other issues, contact your account manager through our shared Slack channel or via email.
We request a direct communication line with your CS to ensure smooth processing. Please inform your CS about Gordian, and provide us with a direct email and phone line to them. Your CS can contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
